During our recent trip, we stayed at Fairfield in Hagerstown for two nights. We were impressed with the new and clean room, reasonable pricing, and convenient location. the outstanding individually wrapped hot breakfast choices were not only delicious but also a more sanitary option. the friendly staff, especially Victor at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. the King Suite was exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to leave.

The staff at this hip new hotel are really helpful and very friendly. the rooms are bright and comfortable. - the location in the middle of Jackson is very convenient, and being close to Hagerstown is a plus.

21 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson. Amicable, accommodating staff, thank you for treating me so well. Make sure you stay in the standard king room with out handicap shower breakfast.

Modern building and rooms, but unfortunately without a handicap-accessible shower. the breakfast served here is quite nice. Conveniently located next to a town and right in the heart of the action. 🌟

The room was spacious and well-lit, and the staff was friendly. the hotel is conveniently located nearby.

The breakfast at the hotel was a decent start to the day. Although it wasn't fully stocked and the hot food was blocked by an angry guest, the coffee was hot and good. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and efficient young lady who worked in the breakfast area, making it a pleasant experience.

During my stay, I was kept awake all night by a flashing green light in the room. The staff mentioned it was a communication device for the air conditioning, and others had complained before.

The location was absolutely perfect and favorable for traveling around Hagerstown. It was a 15-minute drive to Funkstown Community Park.

Cozy room with a spacious layout and a regular shower, loved the breakfast. I could have easily spent the whole day here. the facilities were impressive and the location was just right, very convenient emoji.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Clean rooms and great facilities. The location was perfect for easy transportation around the city. We enjoyed the outstanding breakfast, with a range of hot and cold options. The individually wrapped hot dishes were a great idea, very sanitary and delicious. Additionally, the staff were lovely, especially Victor at the front desk. He assisted us with check-in and even helped us enroll in the reward points program.
